Accommodation

In order to favor the strongest interaction among participants, the accommodation has been organized in the same location of the conference, which is Club Hotel Kennedy ****, SS.106 km 113- 89047 Roccella Jonica, Reggio Calabria (Italy)

On the basis of an advantageous agreement with Club Hotel Kennedy, only full board (FB in Italian Pensione Completa) reservation is offered, with the following special rates (including taxes):

• Double Room - € 152.00 per room, per night
• Single Room (DSU) - € 91.00 per room, per night

The above prices include the use of Leisure and sports facilities as well as beach services (2 chairs + 1 beach umbrella per room).

All participants are required to arrange their accomodation directly with the hotel.

Please specify your name, check in and check out date, number of rooms and people (reservation code SEBD2013).
Due to the tourism season in the Symposium period, you are asked to complete your reservation by the deadline of May 20, 2013.

NOTE: Reservations will be processed in a FIFO order. Participants are encouraged to reserve their rooms asap in order to have the guarantee to be accomodated in Club Hotel Kennedy. Anyway, in case of room shortage, and only *whithin the deadline of May 20*, the hotel will arrange the accomodation of participants in other hotels of the same category and similar services close to Roccella Jonica. No guarantee is given for reservations done after May 20, 2013. For any other question concerning accommodation and for longer stays, please, directly contact the hotel.
