Registration

In order to favor the strongest interaction among participants, the accommodation has been organized at the same location of the conference, which is Club Hotel Kennedy ****, SS.106 km 113- 89047 Roccella Jonica, Reggio Calabria (Italy).
Participants are classified as
  1. 1. Internal: if they arrange the full board (FB in Italian Pensione Completa) reservation at Club Hotel Kennedy (according to the rules stated at the accommodation page);
  2. 2. External: otherwise.
Registration Fees
Early Full Registration for Internal Participants (before May 13, 2013) 300 Euros
Late and On-Site Full Registration for Internal Participants 400 Euros
Early Student Registration for Internal Participants (before May 13, 2013) 150 Euros
Late and On-Site Student Registration for Internal Participants 250 Euros
Early Full Registration for External Participants (before May 13, 2013) 450 Euros
Late and On-Site Full Registration for External Participants 550 Euros
Early Student Registration for External Participants (before May 13, 2013) 300 Euros
Late and On-Site Student Registration for External Participants 400 Euros

In order to favor the strongest participation, very special fees are offered to internal accompanying persons, according to the following table:

Internal Accompanying Persons:
Welcome Dinner + Stockfish dinner + Excursion fee: 30 Euros
Social Dinner fee: 40 Euros
Full Fee (cover all the events) fee: 55 Euros

External Accompanying Persons:
Welcome Dinner fee: 60 Euros
Stockfish dinner + Excursion fee: 50 Euros
Social Dinner fee: 90 Euros
Full (covers all the events) fee: 190 Euros
Lunch-Ticket (valid for 1 lunch) 15 Euros
Full and Student registration fees cover:
  • Attendance at the symposium technical sessions, including tutorials
  • Congress kit
  • Morning and afternoon coffee breaks
  • Participation to the conference social events
  • 4 lunches for external participants (internal participants are covered by the accommodation)
  • An electronic copy of the symposium proceedings.
Deadline for early registration
May, 13 2013
Registration Cancellation Policy and refunds
Cancellation must be always confirmed in writing: don't forget to include all your bank's information. Refund of fees, less € 150,00 for administrative charge, will be made for cancellations received before June 21st 2013.
After this date, no refunds will be possible. Refunds will be paid after the Symposium.
Student Registration
A letter on headed note-paper from their University signed by their Head of Department/School confirming their full-time studentship status is required.

Author Registration
At least one author for each accepted paper is requested to register by May 13, 2013.
